Rotational inertia of a Mobius ring body

摘要:

正三角形中心沿着圆周移动,同时绕垂直所在平面的对称轴转动.移动一个圆周后,转动角是120 度的整数倍,与起始位形重合,形成一个Mobius 环状体.给出了这个扭转体参数形式的坐标表示,由定义直接积分计算得到了扭转体对3 个坐标轴的转动惯量.

Abstract:

The center of a regular triangle translates along a circle while rotate along the axis perpendicular to the triangle plane and through the center. If the rotation angle is an integer multiple of 120 degree,the rotated triangle coincides with the original one just after a round circle. This twisted rigid body is called Mobius ring body and its rectangular coordinates are given in the parameters form. Its rotational inertias are calculated just from the integration definition.
